Instructions

How to do it

Perform a serving motion (initially without a ball). Concentrate on finishing the movement in a controlled manner and holding the final position on your front leg stably for a few seconds without losing balance.

Dosage

3 x 5–8 repetitions

Important

Prioritize a stable, controlled landing and balance over the speed of the service motion.

Common mistakes

  • Losing balance and toppling over
  • Putting the back leg down immediately
  • Uncontrolled arm movement
  • Executing too quickly without focusing on stability

When to stop?

Stop the exercise if you experience sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, unusual weakness or a clear worsening of your symptoms.
