What matters to me
What is important rarely coincides with what is urgent. Checking with your values turns a to-do list into a meaningful order.
Making decisions with your own support

A compass does not give ready answers, it shows a direction. The inner compass is built from values, body signals, emotions as information and the ability to tell intuition from impulse.
The more often you check with it, the less you need outside advice and the calmer decisions become.

Test a decision three times: with the head (logic), with the body (does it contract or expand) and with time (how does it look in a year).
The body reacts before words: tight shoulders, held breath, heaviness in the stomach. An early warning system, once you notice it.
Anger speaks about boundaries, fear about what is valuable, sadness about loss, joy about direction. An emotion is a message, not an order.
An impulse hurries and promises immediate relief. Intuition is calm and can wait until morning.
